A rather small point, but I suspect that in both p. 70 of SMuFL 0.7 and code points U+F415 - U+F416 of Bravura 0.7, the glyphs (or their labels / names: uniE218.ss03 flag128thUpStraight and uniE218.ss02 flag128thUpShort) should be exchanged.
