Missing composites in articulations range

Knut Nergaard
I notice the collection of composite glyphs in the Articulations range (U+E4A0–U+E4BF) is not complete. I'm new (and late) to the SMuFL discussion, so maybe you've deliberately left out the less common articulation combinations. For instance, I can understand why combinations including the marcato and stress marks have been left out. There is, however, one particular combination that I'll like to see included for the sake of comprehensiveness (especially since both the tenuto-accent and marcato-staccato combinations are included already), namely the tenuto-marcato combination. This combination is not exactly commonplace, but it's used quite extensively by Debussy a.o.
