Would you consider re-naming U+E056 as a C clef? Here is an example of it
in use from the Sacred Harp:

True, the effect of the clef is the same as a G clef ottava bass, but it
is functioning as a C clef.
I'd also like to propose adding a bar line made up of four dots. These can
serve a number of purposes. In 19th shape-note notation, they are commonly
used as repeat signs (see example above). I have also seen this style used
to show how a measure should be subdivided in an odd meter.
