[smufl-discuss] FontLab scripts now available

With big thanks to my colleague Ben, who has been supporting me all
through SMuFL's development with expert work on building tools and
scripts, we have just pushed three FontLab Studio scripts to GitHub that
should help font designers using FontLab to build SMuFL-compliant fonts
and generate some basic metadata.

The scripts, together with basic documentation to help you use them, are
available here:

These new scripts join Robert Piéchaud's script for exporting font
metadata via FontForge, which was already available here:

We hope these scripts are helpful to designers and developers.
