The already provided FontLab scripts are a big time saver in creating the extensive metadata files necessary for SMuFL compliancy. Thanks again for those!
For those us us with a compliant font in the works, will it be possible to create a similar script for converting a font intended for scoring applications into a font for text based apps? This is largely a process of copying, rescaling and reregistring glyphs, most of which can be done in batches, but time consuming work none the less. A script with the ability to do most of this automatically, would certainly be a big help in making a text based version of our fonts available.
