[smufl-discuss] Glyphs for "col 8va"

Hi all,

Recently I needed this col 8va (from the Italian term "coll'ottava")
sign. I searched SMuFL for this glyph but it isn't there yet.

This example is taken from "Behind Bars" by Elaine Gould, page 32:

I think it would be nice to include these glyphs to SMuFL:
  - col 8va
  - col 8vb
  - col 8
  - con 8va
  - con 8vb
  - con 8
and for a piece I engraved about a year ago the composer wrote:
  - +8va
  - +8vb
