I've noticed that the Left vs Right naming for triangle noteheads is
inconsistent: for example, very similar symbols are named
noteheadTriangleLeftWhite and noteShapeTriangleRightWhite. I imagine this
happened because in one case, the name derives from the pointing direction
of the triangle base, while in the other, it derives from the side of the
stem on which the head is attached, but it's unfortunate. Is there any
possibility of revisiting this as a general issue (whether notehead
"left/right" names should derive from the shape or from the stem side)? I
feel deriving the name from the shape is less confusing, but since SMuFL's
symbol names seem to favor semantics over geometry in general (a choice I
support), I'm not sure that's the right choice. And in any case, in this
particular situation, the choice of noteheadTriangleLeftWhite seems
inconsistent even with respect to the shape, because Left is the direction
of the base, not the apex, whereas for TriangleUp/Down noteheads, Up/Down is
the direction of the apex.
