I'd like to suggest a few more glyphs. Graphic references are here:

First are a few more organ pedaling glyphs. One combines the heal and toe
symbol, indicating that the organist can choose either. The other is an
"O" character that is used as an alternative to the "U" heel character.
Both are detailed in Roger E. Davis' "The Organists Manual". Here is his
