I'll add the six further RH 3-rank coupler diagrams and the ricochet
symbols (between 2 tones and 6 tones, since I don't think you can really
have a ricochet of 1 tone, and the book in any case states that ricochets
between 3 and 5 tones are most common).
I already have push/pull glyphs as used for the bellow shake, but the
Draugsvoll/Højsgaard book prefers a V-like sign rather than a >-like sign
for the push, so I will add the V-like sign as a recommended stylistic
alternate.
