Perhaps we should consider making it a recommendation that SMuFL-compliant
fonts should encode some or all of the range of 'Arrows' defined in the
Unicode standard between 2190–21FF (112 glyphs)?

This doesn't help with arrow*heads* specifically, of course. There
doesn't seem to be a complete block of these defined in Unicode, but there
