There are in fact larger accidentals included in Bravura Text, at code
points U+266D (flat), U+266E (natural), and U+266F (sharp). These are the
standard Unicode code points for these symbols, and I took the opportunity
to scale and position them such that they should look good when used with
most text fonts at the same point size.
