D.C. and D.S. were included only because they were included in the
original Musical Symbols Unicode range that formed the initial basis of
SMuFL. My assumption is that other repeat text like "D.S. al Coda" etc.
should be entered using the same text font as is used for other arbitrary
text in the score.
