Regarding the system of Arabic accidentals, I found another reference
that uses the same system. The reference is:

'Abd al-Samī' Hashād, Medhat - مدحت عبد السميع حشاد
Maqām - مقام
Dar Merit, Cairo, Egypt - دار ميريت
(year unknown)
