There is so much variation in the appearance of elements of chord symbols
that I would rather keep these elements out of SMuFL, except for those
that cannot be found in regular text fonts, hence the inclusion of the
common symbols for dim, half-dim, maj7 and augmented in SMuFL. If there
are other non-text symbols for chord symbols that should be included in
SMuFL, I'm open to suggestions, of course.
