Hi Ainhoa,
Draw the notehead on its own, using one of the notehead glyphs (e.g.,
U+E0A4), then draw the stem and beams on your own, using whatever
functions your graphics environment provides. The glyphs in the
"Beamed groups of notes" section are meant for a few special cases. I
was originally confused by this, too! :-)
