Now that SMuFL has passed v1.0, we have made a commitment to the community
not to rename existing characters. This is a minor shame, as it means a
couple of errors (such as my misspelling of Bussotti's name) will live on
for a long time, but stability and uniqueness are the most important
characteristics of these names, in the end.
