It's not included in SMuFL because it's just an idiomatic variant of the C
clef, and hence typically considered within the purview of the font
designer as to how he or she would like the C clef to look.
It's not currently a recommended stylistic alternate (and thus it's not
included in Bravura), but if there is a sense from the community that it
would be useful to have this different shape of C clef represented in
Bravura, I am of course willing to add it to the font.
