As currently specified, anchors can't really help with this kind of
difference in glyph registration. A SMuFL-compliant font should use the
recommendations for glyph registration as outlined in the spec, which
calls for flags to be positioned at x=0. I don't know why the LilyPond
fonts don't use this convention, but no doubt it's related to the way stem
connections are handled in LilyPond.
