Not to jump in front of Alex here, but I would like to suggest an additional microtonal notation system that was designed to mesh with traditional Western notation, and that has seen enough use in actual repertoire to deserve inclusion.
I think SMuFL should cover Maneri-Sims notation, which addresses 72 tones/octave through accidental symbols representing 1/12, 1/6 and 1/4 tone modifications. They can be tacked in front of regular chromatic accidentals as graphical prefixes. One of the composers in this system has already created a sort of ad hoc OTF font that includes these glyphs and has posted a useful summary of the accidentals here:
