The combinations in the 'Articulations' range are inspired by the
combinations that were included in the Unicode Musical Symbols range
(marcato-staccato, U+1D180; accent-staccato, U+1D181; tenuto-staccato,
U+1D182).
I will make a note of your suggestion to include two extra glyphs for
tenuto-marcato above and below. I agree that it's not a common-place
articulation; it is not even included as a default in Finale's
Articulation tool. It's possible to achieve in Sibelius easily since all
articulation combinations are produced simply by adding multiple
individual articulations to the same note.
