I know this particular combination is not included in Finale by default, but given the comprehensive collection of glyphs in SMuFL, it seems appropriate to include.

articulation; it is not even included as a default in Finale's
Articulation tool. It's possible to achieve in Sibelius easily since all
articulation combinations are produced simply by adding multiple
individual articulations to the same note.
