Sorry, I apparently remembered a reference incorrectly, and I can't find it
now.  However, on a related topic, I notice that the SMuFL
accidentalTripleSharp has the symbols in the order x#, while the score
excerpt at http://dictionary.onmusic.org/terms/3687-triple_sharp (from Etude
no. 10 from Douze etudes dans tous les tons mineur, Op. 39 (1857) -
Charles-Valentin Alkan) has the symbols in the order #x, and the article
says that a triple sharp will "always" be printed that way.  Perhaps this
merits an accidentalSharpDoubleSharp?
