At present, it is anticipated that the four bracket top/bottom glyphs at
U+E003 through U+E006 would be used to provide the wings for repeats.

I'm not sure it's necessary to add ready-made variants of U+E040 and
U+E041 with the wings already attached, but if there is substantial demand
from the community for it, I'd consider it.
