Just to be sure : you will change the glyphs from E180 to E194 to include a second letter inside the notehead and you will add 3 more noteheads "Si" in whole, half and black notehead. This will solve the case for the latin naming convention.
For the gernan naming convention, the H# in whole, half and black notehead should be added too.
