noteheadSlashVerticalEnds (U+E100) and noteheadSlashHorizontalEnds
(U+E101) are "black" or quarter note slashes, so those are already
covered.
I've never come across a double whole note slash.
It seems like it would be an exceptionally rare beast! How many pieces
of music are there that use slashes in time signatures of 4/2 or longer,
I wonder? But I will make a note of this.
