Okay, I'm glad we have agreement on this point. I will implement this in
Bravura soon, and add it as a recommended stylistic alternate in the SMuFL
specification, too.

I do have some pending (fairly minor) changes to SMuFL to share with the
community, so look for a new draft revision early in 2015.
