Transposed clefs (8,15):
The implementation notes mention the possibility to assemble
transposed clefs by referring to ottava and quindicesima.
Shouldn't these symbols rather be provided as extra symbols
within the clef section, in order to let them have an
independent size? (I mostly perceive them as a little bit
smaller than the real ottava symbols)
